What matters
to me
Empathy is at the heart of everything I do. I believe in creating with kindness — listening first, designing second, and always keeping real people in mind.
One cause that’s especially close to me is mental health awareness. I believe open, honest conversations about how we feel can change the way we connect, work, and create. Through my writing and projects, I hope to help normalize softness, reminding people that it’s okay to rest, to feel, and to take care of themselves.

When I'm not creating content or refining copy, you can find me lifting in the gym, reading, listening to music, planning my next creative project in my favourite cafe, or teaching in a classroom.
